Enfold Technologies, LLC is a Microsoft Partner and does not have access to the "Home" editions of Windows. We fully support "Professional", "Business" and all higher editions. We do not support any versions of Windows Vista.
If you want a "Home" edition reinstalled you must provide the media (CD ROM or DVD ROM) that was provided by the computer manufacturer. Many times the end-user is responsible for creating these "restore discs".
